Such was the case when Convergys—a global leader in billing, customer care and employee care services—wanted to explore the cost benefits of extending their operations into the Asia Pacific region.

Building on our global relationship—which started in the mid ’90s when we helped the company expand throughout the United States and Canada—we provided Convergys with real-time information and insights about the region from our experts on the ground. As the only firm capable of providing in-house tenant representation and project management services throughout Asia Pacific, we assisted in making the business case and laying the groundwork for Convergys to make its initial entry into the market. By doing so, Convergys became one of the first major U.S. companies to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in India—a venture that sparked significant investment activity in the country by other corporations. Since then, we’ve helped Convergys expand its business into the Asia Pacific region and become an integral partner in the development of their real estate and investment strategies worldwide.
