With these strengths, we plan to focus on five areas to develop our business, each rooted in delivering superior client service. Together they will provide us with the competitive edge to protect and extend one of the most powerful and respected real estate brands in the world.

Strengthen our global network. Our ability to serve clients begins with our local market positions around the world. Our global capabilities, as a result, are the sum of our strengths in local markets. We will continue to invest resources to ensure that our presence in local markets worldwide is robust and sets the global standard for excellence.

Expand our global Corporate Solutions business. Spurred by the trends of globalization and global outsourcing, corporate occupiers seek to develop relationships with real estate partners capable of delivering services seamlessly and consistently across countries and continents. Our imperative, as a result, is to provide these clients with uniformly high levels of service and insight across multiple geographies around the world. Building on the experience and track record of

our Corporate Solutions business, we are moving rapidly to reinforce our ability to serve corporate clients globally.

Globalize our Capital Markets business. As money flows to real estate, capital markets are becoming increasingly international. As a result, real estate assets tend to be marketed globally, and our clients need a global Capital Markets service capability that provides consistently high performance and close collaboration around the world. Drawing on our strong regional Capital Markets operations, we will develop our capabilities to deliver Capital Markets services on a global basis.

Maximize value generation at LaSalle Investment Management. In the search for optimum returns, real estate investors are looking beyond their home markets for attractive investment opportunities worldwide. Since LaSalle Investment Management is the only real estate money management firm with a truly integrated global platform, we are ideally positioned to create value for our investor clients, and for our firm, by continuing to expand the scope

and scale of our investment platform.

Set the world standard for client-focused service delivery. To support and succeed in each of our service areas, we will continue to invest resources to ensure that our global client service infrastructure remains world-class, client-focused and cost-effective.

To lead this effort, Lauralee Martin, our Chief Financial Officer, has accepted the additional position of Chief Operating Officer, taking responsibility for all aspects of the firm’s operational platform. She will oversee an accelerated focus on the development and implementation of best practices in our operational infrastructure. Our aim is to ensure that we set the world standard for consistent service delivery to clients worldwide. We are fortunate to be able to call on a leader with Lauralee’s skills and experience to take on this important position.

Building in these key areas will allow us to strengthen our client services, and, in turn, provide a solid platform for sustained growth and profitability for the years ahead.
