Microsoft has outsourced a significant portion of its real estate operations to us, including transaction and project management, strategic consulting and corporate property services. To effectively manage the scope of the assignment, we are assembling a unique program management team to streamline and simplify Microsoft’s real estate work flow around the world—resulting in dramatically shortened time frames to complete the work.

Not surprisingly, technology plays an important role in our partnership with Microsoft. Through our integrated services and global technology platform, we develop sophisticated tools and tracking systems to help the company better manage its real estate investments and activities around the world. Using Microsoft’s web-services products, we created Delphi+, a worldwide portal that supports our local service delivery teams while providing key comparative project and portfolio metrics. It’s one of the many ways we strive to add value and produce bottom-line results for Microsoft.
