leading insurance company in Sweden, and CEO of Skandia Asset
Management. HŒkan Lennersand is Managing Director of Skandia Fastighet
AB, the real estate subsidiary of Skandia. On December 29, Skandia
Fastighet and Jones Lang LaSalle created Jones Lang LaSalle Asset
Management Services AB, a joint venture, to assume management
responsibilities for the Skandia property investment portfolio
in Sweden and to initiate business activities in the Nordic region.
