Mr. Sayre has produced a successful 17-year career in representing owners, users, lenders and investors in the sales and leasing of all types of industrial product and covering more submarkets and product types than any other competing team in the business. The team has completed over 2.2 million square feet of transactions in the Southeast valley and 2.5 msf in the North Valley in the last 4 years.
Steve’s team brings their combined experience and proprietary marketing system to a myriad of exclusive institutional projects such as, owner sales/leasing, investment sales, land/build to suits, lender/receiver sales/leasing, and user representation.
In 2011, the team completed 72 transactions producing $88.5 M in consideration, representing 6 Lender owned building sales, 5 investment sales, 48 leases, 9 Tenant Rep assignments, 2 land sales, 5 Buyer Rep assignments, and 12 Seller Rep sales - covering 14 of 16 industrial submarkets. The team was awarded 36 new listings totaling 1.375 msf and 10 User Rep assignments.
In 2012, the team completed 61 transactions producing $81.5 M in consideration, representing 4 investment sales, 41 leases, including 4 Tenant Rep assignments, 5 Buyer Rep assignments and 10 Seller Rep sales.
Career user rep assignment includes winning Deal of the Year in 2005 for a 500,000 sf World Headquarters, build-to-suit lease valued at $197 million. Career investment sale highlights include a 190,000 sf investment sale for $19.95 M in 2006 and a 156,000 sf investment sale for $21.2 M in 2007. Career master planned developments include ALTER Group distribution product (1.32 msf), Kitchell Development flex product (340,000 sf), MACK Development mid bay industrial (425,000 sf) and LaPour Partners mid bay industrial and service center (403,000 sf). The team has also won the Client Service Award 4 times, as voted by their clients.
