In Hong Kong, the concept of real estate sustainability has been the subject of many discussions for years. However, it remains a relatively remote concept to the general population. As a world-famous metropolitan city, the development of real estate sustainability practices in Hong Kong is not considered widespread in different building cycles and amongst stakeholders of the fragmented property sector.
