- Alain Monié resigned from the Board.to devote more time to his other business activities.
- Ming Lu was elected to the Board and will serve on the Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees.
- Dr. DeAnne Julius, who joined our Board in 2008, was elected to the Compensation Committee.
