Current Responsibilities
 
David Green-Morgan supports the worldwide capital markets teams, as well as the industry leading International Capital Group within Jones Lang LaSalle which focuses exclusively on cross border real estate capital movements.
 
Experience
 
David joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011 to take up the role as Global Capital Markets Research Director.  David has experience of working with clients from all across the globe looking to invest in direct real estate.  David is the author of the market leading Global Capital Flows report as well as countless thought leading papers and articles.  David is also a regular on the speaking circuit at industry leading conferences and workshops globally.
 
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, David was head of Asia Pacific Research at DTZ, based in Sydney, where he ran a team of 50 researchers across 11 countries in the Asia Pacific region.  David was also a member of the DTZ Asia Pacific management team.
 
David’s career in property strategy and research started at Investment Property Databank (IPD) in London where he account managed a number of the United Kingdom’s largest private sector pension funds including, British Petroleum, British Airways, The John Lewis Partnership and the Prudential.
 
David also spent time at the Welsh Development Agency and the Welsh Funding Councils where he was responsible for strategic initiatives across the higher education sector and managing foreign direct investment into Wales.  In addition to being involved in a number of Public, Private Partnerships (PPP’s) David was also involved in the development, leasing and disposal of assets from the public sector into private ownership.

Executive Vice President of Research, Asia Pacific.

Previous experience

Karen has over fifteen years of experience in the hotel industry and has a diverse background that encompasses operations and concept development, as well as tourism and hotel property asset management. 

Prior to joining JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group in 2005, Karen was employed as a hotel financial consultant with Dransfield Hotels & Resorts undertaking operational reviews, feasibility studies, market research, forecasting, operational due diligence, asset management and prospectus work.

Prior to Dransfield Hotels & Resorts, Karen held general manager and operational area management positions overseeing bars and restaurants in central London for Bass Leisure Retail.  This included managing profit improvement programs and being involved in refurbishment project development appraisals. 

She has also been responsible for developing and outlining business processes and reporting systems for a number of start-up projects including resorts, F&B venues and a hospitality business solutions company. 

Karen has been involved in the acquisition, development and asset management of hotel resort management businesses across Australia. She is involved in major research assignments and the provision of strategic advisory services including market demand studies, benchmark analysis, operational reviews, financial feasibilities and consultancy in the hotels, resorts and tourism sector of the industry.

As part of her role, Karen is responsible for the production of the firm’s suite of thought leadership publications and special interest papers.

Current Responsibilities
 
Lauro Ferroni is a Vice President based in Jones Lang LaSalle's  Chicago office. Mr. Ferroni oversees the firm’s hotels and hospitality research platform in the Americas region, where he is responsible for the production of research reports that cover major hotel investment markets, along with managing the firm’s proprietary hotel transactions database. Mr. Ferroni is also part of the firm’s Strategic Advisory and Asset Management practice and has seven years of experience advising a range of hospitality clients.
 
Key Skills and Experience
 
As a member of the global research team, Lauro has contributed to nearly 60 research reports on hotel investment. In conjunction with the Strategic Advisory and Asset Management team, Lauro has completed numerous strategic and financial consulting projects. Representative assignments include developing an expansion strategy for an international hotel brand in a key emerging market, the strategic assessment of a large Mexican resort and the financial and operational review of a 1,200-room hotel portfolio located in the Midwest. He also prepares customized data analyses for the executive team and core clients.
 
Qualifications
 
Lauro Ferroni holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. He is bilingual in English and German and has an advanced command of both spoken and written French and Spanish.

Current Responsibilities
As Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hotels & Hospitality Group based in Singapore, Frank manages Asian regional research and contributes to the strategic advisory, consultancy and investment teams. His responsibilities include authoring leading edge hotel industry research as well as thought-provoking white papers. Frank additionally provides input into the wider firm’s suite of global research reports, investment outlooks, property digests and investor sentiment surveys.

Experience
With over 14 years of property research analysis, consulting and corporate real estate advisory experience in Australia, Frank has a vast knowledge of Asia Pacific property markets. Through previous roles and work appointments, he has acquired a broad range of property skills including market overviews; demand, supply and forecasting studies; strategic consulting and investment advice; highest and best use outcomes; acquisition, asset and development feasibility; workplace strategy, occupancy planning; tenant representation and economic impact assessment.

Positions
After commencing with Jones Lang LaSalle as a graduate in Perth in 1998, Frank relocated to Melbourne in 2001 where he spent 11 years working within property research, consulting, finance, advisory, and corporate real estate roles for companies including CBRE and ANZ Banking Corporation, before re-joining Jones Lang LaSalle’s Singapore office in 2013.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University in Perth. There he majored in Property and Finance achieving honours.

Current Responsibilities
Jessica Jahns is the Head of Research for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hotels & Hospitality Group across Europe, Middle East & Africa. Jessica is responsible for the production of research reports across the region, providing our clients with market leading research on the future of hospitality trends. In addition, Jessica supports the transaction and valuation teams based in London, tracks hotel real estate transactions across Europe while continuing to expand the global research database.

Experience
Jessica has over 10 years’ experience in the hotel industry and prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in October 2013 was Lead Commercial Analyst at Michels & Taylor Ltd – a hotel asset management company in London, managing more than 80 assets across Europe. Prior to this, Jessica worked in the Tourism, Hospitality & Leisure Group at Deloitte LLP where she was instrumental in delivering and developing a suite of products.
