Global Real Estate Markets Gaining Traction

Capital markets are exhibiting remarkable strength and the disconnect, that has emerged over the past two years with a more cautious occupational market, is showing signs of narrowing. Global office rental growth – signs of recovery

Despite subdued rental performance in 2013 overall, there were signs of recovery in the final quarter of 2013. With brighter economic prospects and improving corporate demand, momentum is expected to continue to build during 2014.
